Well-appointed Rotonda West attractively dominates the majority of the central Cape Haze peninsula by way of its main thoroughfares that are designed in vast, ever-widening concentric circles. Thinner diagonal streets radiate from the center defining a great and artistic sunburst pattern when seen from satellite view maps. See Rotonda West Florida on Cape Haze area map.

Rotonda West's south east segment containing subdivisions White Marsh and Pine Valley is the most cosmopolitan and holds the finest collection of new, spacious, Florida-style homes (many constructed on double and triple lots) with pools, mature landscaping and long unobstructed views that capture sun rises and sun sets for the unstressed owners who are likely out entertaining on their lanais. This area also abuts to a bird sanctuary and other aquatic preserves. The north east segment of Rotonda West Florida (Broadmoor, Long Meadow) also has numerous new homes.

Many Rotonda homes border on the plentiful green ways or the numerous small lakes (fishing permitted by owners) and canals.

Rotonda West is subdivided into seven neighborhoods with natural local place names: Oakland Hills, Pebble Beach, Pinehurst, Broadmoor, Long Meadow, White Marsh, and Pine Valley.

Far flung Rotonda doesn't stop there. Around the main central town are a collection of Rotonda sister communities called respectively: Rotonda Heights, Rotonda Lakes, Rotonda Sands, Rotonda Meadows & Villas, and Rotonda Shores.

If you are looking for an opportunity to build new, enjoy your well-earned privacy and commune with nature (gorgeous tropical birds, bobcats, raccoons, turtles, alligators); then you may find all these benefits and very reasonable prices too in all the Rotonda communities.
